Hiring Manager Interview (45 min)
Deep dive into your experience, approach to problem-solving, and how you work with teams.
Technical/Role Exercise (2-3 hours)
For engineers: take-home coding project or system design interview. For other roles: case study or presentation.
Team Interviews (2-3 hours)
Meet 3-4 team members across different functions. Focus on collaboration, culture fit, and mutual excitement.
Offer & References
We make a decision within 48 hours. If it's a yes, we'll extend an offer and conduct reference checks.
